Here are the tasks for today:

*Kernel compilation [master_kernel]
*Website addition/modification as required [siberianfox, AndrewTheArt]
*phpBB Template modification to project colours [crashkid]
*Vote how we will be approaching our distribution (Everyone vote here: http://desktop-linux.org/forum/start-from-scratch-or-from-a-developed-distro-t77.html)
*Begin development (please post in Discussion how we can begin this!)

I'm finishing up the compile. Hopefully it will work. I decided against the cross compiling and instead am compiling the kernel from linux32. It seems much safer and easier. [Theoretically] once it finishes compiling it will be an RPM. I can use alien to convert it to a deb file and then I will test it.

It should work, and I will upload it ASAP to the KernelCheck server mentioned in the Kernel Customization thread.

Give me me a task. Very Happy

Oh lol. You said you could help with web development? Can you design a web theme using our logo and color?

Yeah. For instance, Ubuntu's site has a theme. It is several links, design, etc that follow their brown/orange theme.

Andrew,

I updated the post to include you in web development/modification. Please let me know if you are able to do it. A theme using our logo and primary colours, i think mainly green, would be good. Essentially what we need is a themed site with good navigation and easy-to-understand pages, such as Ubuntu's web site.
