OK, so we seem to all have the common problem, we are online, but do not know what to do now. So, for November 5th, here is what we should work on:

Project:

I was thinking and we now have to decide. Should we focus on a heavily modified Ubuntu, or start from scratch? I am really considering the Linux From Scratch Project. Let me know your thoughts on that.

Website:

I will be working on adding some information about us and the project, possibly some new pages, feel free to post suggestions for it in the suggestions section.

As for the distribution, I mean, we can start from Ubuntu and heavily modify it, making it an Ubuntu-derivative that aims to overcome shortfallings of Ubuntu. However, LFS will allow us to begin in a new direction, hopefully allowing us to bypass others' flaws by fixing them right from the start.

So I guess it is a choice between a huge amount of time/effort into a completely new distro or a bit less time/effort on fixing up Ubuntu as it stands.
